Delete your Ally account

The quickest way is in the app: open the Grown-up Zone, choose Account & Plan, then Delete account. If you can’t sign in, use the form below.

What gets deleted

Your account, household, child profiles, routines, task history, messages, and photos are removed from our cloud servers. We also ask RevenueCat and PostHog to delete your records.

What we keep

We keep a copy of subscription events for finance, fraud, and tax purposes, with your identity removed. Apple or Google and RevenueCat keep billing records under their own policies. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings first if you do not want to be charged again.

Request deletion

Use the email address on your Ally account. We check that the account is yours before deleting anything, and requests are handled manually.
