If you use Ally on behalf of a child, family, school, clinic, or organization, you confirm that you have authority to do so.

Ally helps parents and caregivers organize routines and support emotional regulation for supervised family use. Ally is not medical, therapeutic, psychological, legal, or emergency advice.

Always seek professional guidance for diagnosis, treatment, safety concerns, or urgent situations. In an emergency, contact local emergency services or appropriate healthcare professionals immediately.

You are responsible for the information you enter, the routines you create, and the way Ally is used with a child. Use Ally in a safe, age-appropriate, and respectful way.

Do not use Ally to store unlawful, harmful, abusive, personal, medical, financial, or highly sensitive information that is not necessary for the app experience.

Ally, including its design, content, software, branding, and features, is owned by Avakodo and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or misuse Ally except as permitted by law.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and any account credentials used with Ally. Notify us if you believe your account or device access has been compromised.

Some features may depend on device settings, operating system permissions, network availability, or third-party services.

We may suspend or terminate access to Ally if these terms are violated or if use creates security, legal, or operational risks.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features as Ally evolves. We aim to keep the app reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ally and its creators are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app.

Use of Ally is at your own discretion and risk.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Malaysia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
